Zero Defects, Zero Complaints is Realistic Target for ITS -- Almost There With New Systems in Place
ITS, a provider of technology and team resources to job seekers in all parts of the U.S., announced today that it is closing in on its goal of "Zero defects, Zero Complaints," an initiative its President Robert Gerberg started three years ago, and has since personally spearheaded by developing and installing several major state-of-the-art innovations.
"We've always had a very high client satisfaction rate, and people can read hundreds of our success stories at any given moment," Mr. Gerberg said. "But we are not satisfied with anything less than 100% client satisfaction, admittedly a lofty goal for a firm that deals annually with thousands of individuals making a major life transition.
"When the downturn came, and the market was tougher, we totally revamped the way our clients use our many information resources, making it simpler and faster. We spent more time training them how to make best use of these valuable resources. Today they can access their entire advertised market with the click of a mouse. And we've developed teams that provide on request current information on specific firms that indicates jobs of a certain nature are incubating there - the 'unpublished market.'
"We're most proud of our followup system, though, where every client is contacted at least once a week by some member of his or her team. We simply won't let our clients fail to take advantage of our many valuable resources, and they voice their appreciation. Complaints are rare these days, and we intend to drive them to extinction."
ITS services address all of these issues for clients we serve.
