Inability to Identify Growth Firms a Major Complaint of Job Seekers According to ITS
"We all know that growth firms have been the biggest source of good new jobs for the last few years, but I don't know how to find out about more than the one or two you read of in the paper." This complaint is typical of thousands of job seekers, says ITS Managing Director in Houston, Bob West.
Thousands of job seekers visit our websites each month, many of them to take advantage of the free services they can get there, including free resume analysis and a comparison of how they stack up to their competition in more than 200 different characteristics. In the course of helping them, ITS routinely asks them what their biggest complaints are about job seeking in general.
"Very few people have the specialized knowledge, research talents, or time to identify a large number of growth companies," Bob West pointed out. "After hearing that complaint over the years, we decided to do something about it. It took a lot of money, specialized software, proprietary databases and a fair amount of training, but today we make it easy for clients to identify growth firms.
"In fact, all they have to do is specify the area of the country where they want to focus their efforts, and our Information Services specialists will do the research for them and email the results quickly. Because of this capability we developed, more of our clients are now landing good offers with growth firms. We learned a long time ago, it pays to listen to common complaints."
ITS services address all of these issues for clients we serve.
