Frequent Complaint of Job Seekers According to ITS Survey -- "Can't Get Enough Information on Employers"
Of the thousands of job seekers questioned by ITS in their frequent surveys, one consistent complaint they hear is that these job seekers are frustrated with their inability to get meaningful information on the employers they'd like to contact, or even on employers they're about to interview with.
Thousands of job seekers visit our websites each month, many of them to take advantage of the free services they can get there, including a free resume analysis and a comparison of how they stack up to their competition in more than 200 different characteristics. In the course of helping them, ITS routinely asks them what their biggest complaints are about job seeking in general.
"That was a big part of our motivation for advancing the state-of-the-art in this profession," noted Lynette Daniels, Vice President West Coast Operations for ITS. "We committed to purchasing the best databases, then developing our own software and training our own research specialists, so we'd never hear that complaint from our clients," added Daniels.
'Today, when we review the successful monthly campaign completion reports, and they tell us the parts of our service and resources they found most helpful, invariably they will include the ability to get in-depth information on employers," continued Daniels. "Another common complaint turned into an innovative service breakthrough."
ITS services address all of these issues for clients we serve.
