ITS Survey Reveals Common Complaint of Job Seekers - Hard to Find Out About Developments in Employer Companies
Savvy job seekers have known for some time that if they had the ability to learn about meaningful developments in companies, especially those that signal jobs in the making, they'd have a competitive edge. "It's not surprising then," says ITS Managing Director in Pittsburgh, Dennis Johnston, "that one of the most common complaints we heard over the years from job seekers, is that it was hard and time-consuming to find out information like that."
Thousands of job seekers visit our websites each month, many of them to take advantage of the free services they can get there, including free resume analysis and a comparison of how they stack up to their competition in more than 200 different characteristics. In the course of helping them, ITS routinely asks them what their biggest complaints are about job seeking in general.
"So many of our innovations came from listening to common complaints," Johnston observed. "In this case, we are about to introduce something we've been working on for quite some time. We have some existing capabilities to help people with this, but we weren't satisfied. This month we are introducing a proprietary branded service for our clients that sorts through the 99.9% of extraneous information, to give them at their desktop news of only those events that signal jobs in the making in employers and industries and areas suitable for them. It's a breakthrough. I'm personally thrilled by the prospects of what it will do for our clients in the job market."
ITS services address all of these issues for clients we serve.
